Why doesn’t IF Drink break a fast?

Although IF Drink contains calories, the calories come from MCT oil, a special kind of fat that doesn’t break IF. This is because MCT oil doesn’t spike blood sugar, and its smaller molecules are quickly absorbed without stimulating digestion. The benefits of MCT Oil include keeping you full and boosting fat burning from your stored body fat. This makes MCT Oil an ideal addition to fasting.

Can I mix IF Drink with other ingredients (e.g. stevia, milk, coffee, or protein)?

You can mix it with whatever you prefer. However, if you’re concerned about breaking your fast, we advise against adding any extra ingredients, as it could stimulate your insulin, breaking your fast.

Can I consume IF Drink during water fasting?

If you’re water fasting to trigger autophagy, it's best to avoid consuming anything other than water. However, if you're fasting for fat burning through ketosis, KG go can help enhance your results.

Who should avoid MCT oil?

Avoid MCT oil if you have:

❌ Hepatitis, gallbladder disease, or gastritis, as MCT Oil may worsen these conditions.
